Description
Magical Yogurt Unicorn Bark is a colorful no-bake treat that’s both fun to make and beautiful to serve. Swirled with pastel shades and topped with cheerful sprinkles, this frozen yogurt bark makes a perfect party snack, kid-friendly project, or whimsical dessert with a sweet-tart twist.
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
Food coloring gels (pink, purple, aqua, yellow)
2 tablespoons rainbow nonpareils or confetti sprinkles
2 tablespoons heart and star shaped sprinkles
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prepare your work surface.
2. In microwave-safe bowls, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
3. Divide the melted chocolate into smaller bowls and tint each with a different food coloring gel.
4. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt into each colored chocolate, stirring until smooth and creamy.
5. Drop spoonfuls of each colored mixture onto the parchment randomly.
6. Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the colors together without overmixing.
7. Sprinkle the top generously with rainbow nonpareils and shaped sprinkles, pressing them in slightly.
8. Freeze the tray for 1 hour or until fully set.
9. Break into bark-style pieces and serve cold.
Notes
Use gel food coloring to prevent the mixture from becoming too watery.
Make sure yogurt is at room temperature before mixing to avoid chocolate seizing.
Store bark in layers with parchment between pieces to prevent sticking.
