Ingredients
2 cups pancake batter
1 tablespoon butter or cooking spray
2 bananas, sliced
8 chocolate chips
4 raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
1 teaspoon powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare your pancake batter following your recipe or box instructions and let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. In the meantime, cook the bacon strips until crisp, then place them on paper towels to cool.
3. Heat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or spray.
4. Pour pancake batter into medium-sized circles and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
5. Place two pancakes on each plate to form reindeer faces.
6. Add banana slices as eyes and press one chocolate chip into the center of each slice.
7. Add a raspberry below the eyes for the nose.
8. Insert two bacon strips behind each pancake to look like antlers.
9. Garnish the plate with extra raspberries and a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired.
10. Serve immediately and enjoy your festive breakfast!
Notes
For extra fluffy pancakes, don’t overmix the batter—lumps are okay!
Use thick-cut bacon for sturdier, more decorative antlers.
To make it allergy-friendly, substitute dairy-free pancake mix and vegan bacon strips.
