Ingredients
1 lb cooked lobster meat (claw and knuckle recommended)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
4 split-top hot dog buns
2 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions
- Chop lobster meat into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in lobster meat and chopped herbs until well coated.
- Butter the sides of the buns and toast in a skillet until golden brown.
- Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
