Description

These lobster rolls combine the freshness of sweet lobster meat with the richness of butter and mayo in a toasted bun. Ideal for summer gatherings or a quick seafood indulgence, they deliver gourmet flavor with minimal effort.


Ingredients

1 lb cooked lobster meat (claw and knuckle recommended)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

4 split-top hot dog buns

2 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)


Instructions

  1. Chop lobster meat into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in lobster meat and chopped herbs until well coated.
  4. Butter the sides of the buns and toast in a skillet until golden brown.
  5. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
