Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (80/20 preferred)
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup ketchup (for meat mixture)
1/3 cup ketchup (for glaze)
2 tbsp brown sugar (for glaze)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a standard loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, and 1/3 cup ketchup. Mix until just combined.
- Shape mixture into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to make the glaze.
- Spread glaze over the meatloaf during the final 15 minutes of baking.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
