Kielbasa sausage, sliced
Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Boil diced potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes until just tender. Drain.
- Sauté chopped onion in butter until golden, then add kielbasa and brown lightly.
- Layer half the potatoes, half the kielbasa-onion mix, and half the cheese in the dish. Repeat layers.
- Whisk together heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over layers.
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
