Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
6 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup burger sauce
1/2 cup sliced pickles
Instructions
1. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles and prepare the sauce
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
3. Press ground beef onto tortillas evenly
4. Place tortilla meat-side down and smash with spatula
5. Cook until beef is crispy about 2 to 3 minutes
6. Flip and add cheese
7. Cook until cheese melts and tortilla toasts
8. Remove and add toppings
9. Fold and serve immediately
