Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Optional: fresh chopped parsley or thyme for garnish


Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  6. Cook for 9-11 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if using.
