Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Optional: fresh chopped parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 9-11 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
