Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon honey or sugar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or mason jar, combine olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  2. Whisk in Dijon mustard and minced garlic.
  3. Add honey or sugar and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle in oregano, basil, and Parmesan cheese; whisk or shake until combined.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Let the dressing sit for 10-15 minutes before using to allow the flavors to meld.
