Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon honey or sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or mason jar, combine olive oil and red wine vinegar.
