4 to 6 pita breads or naan

1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

1 cup cucumber, sliced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup fresh lettuce or kale

1 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavor).

2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat with a bit of olive oil. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly charred. Let rest, then slice into strips.

3. While chicken cooks, prep the veggies: slice tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and wash the greens.

4. If making tzatziki: mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir well and chill.
