Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

  • Author: Olivia McKenney

  • Yield: 8 cheeseburger bombs

Description

These Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate cheesy, beefy snack wrapped in golden biscuit dough and topped with a buttery garlic parmesan crust. Perfect as a party appetizer, fun dinner idea, or game day favorite—each bite bursts with juicy ground beef, gooey cheese, and a savory crunch.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cubed)

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder (divided)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned.

2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

3. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the cooled beef mixture and mix until combined.

4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle on a clean surface.

5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of beef-cheese mixture into the center of each dough circle.

6. Pinch the dough around the filling to form a sealed ball. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

7. Mix melted butter with remaining 1/2 tsp garlic powder.

8. Brush each bomb with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Be sure to seal the dough edges tightly to prevent the cheese from leaking out during baking.

Let the beef mixture cool before adding cheese to avoid melting it prematurely.

For extra crispiness, bake directly on the sheet pan without parchment for the last 2 minutes.
