Description

This Herbed Spinach Dip is a creamy, zesty blend of fresh herbs, spinach, and a rich cream base that’s perfect for parties, holidays, or just a cozy night in. With every scoop, you get bright flavors, smooth texture, and a refreshing twist on traditional spinach dip.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Thaw the frozen spinach completely and squeeze out all excess moisture using a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer.

2. In a food processor, blend cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Add the spinach and chopped herbs to the processor. Pulse until combined but slightly textured — don’t over-blend.

4. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

5. Drizzle with a little olive oil and serve with crackers, bread, or veggies.

Notes

Squeeze spinach thoroughly to avoid watery dip.

Use full-fat cream cheese for maximum creaminess.

Let it chill — the flavor improves after 30 minutes in the fridge.
