Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 oz rotini pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sear the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, then sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
- Cook the Mushrooms: In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms until browned and tender.
