Green Cabbage

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add olive oil or butter, then sauté diced onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in chopped cabbage and carrots (if using). Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
