Description

A bold and beautiful Mediterranean starter, the Greek Feta Salad Tower stacks juicy tomatoes, creamy feta cubes, red onion, and olives into a mouthwatering showpiece. Finished with olive oil and herbs, this salad is fresh, flavorful, and totally unforgettable.


Ingredients

4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced

1 large red onion, thinly sliced

8 oz block of feta cheese, cubed

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted

1/2 cup green olives, pitted

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes into rounds and red onion into thin rings.
  2. Cube the feta cheese into large, stackable pieces.
  3. On a serving plate, arrange a base layer of onion rings.
  4. Add a layer of tomato slices, followed by feta cubes and olives.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Repeat layers until 3–4 tiers are formed.
  7. Garnish the top with feta, olives, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
