Description

Greek Chili Chicken Alfredo with Smoked Feta Cream & Crispy Parmesan Asparagus is a comforting, bold-flavored dish featuring chili-rubbed chicken cubes, velvety feta Alfredo sauce, golden skillet potatoes, and roasted parmesan asparagus. A Mediterranean twist on classic Alfredo that’s perfect for a cozy dinner or special meal.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Greek chili seasoning (paprika, chili flakes, garlic, oregano, lemon zest)

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup crumbled smoked feta cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

1 tsp lemon juice

1 bunch asparagus spears, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 medium gold potatoes, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Marinate chicken cubes with olive oil, Greek chili seasoning, salt, and lemon zest. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.

2. Heat a skillet with olive oil and butter. Sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.

3. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss asparagus in olive oil, salt, pepper, and roast with parmesan for 12–15 minutes.

4. Make Alfredo: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream. Stir in smoked feta and parmesan. Whisk until smooth. Add lemon juice and pepper.

5. Cook potatoes: Toss with olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder. Roast or pan-fry until golden and crispy.

6. Assemble: Plate potatoes, spoon Alfredo sauce in the center, place chicken around and asparagus on the side. Serve hot.

Notes

Don’t overcook the feta Alfredo—low heat and whisking will keep it smooth and creamy.

For extra crispiness, finish the asparagus under the broiler for 1–2 minutes.

Sear chicken in batches to avoid steaming and ensure golden edges.
