Orzo Pasta
Cooked Chicken Breast
Cucumber
Cherry Tomatoes
Kalamata Olives
Feta Cheese

Instructions
- Cook the Orzo: Boil salted water and cook orzo until al dente, about 7–9 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
- Prepare the Chicken: Season with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until fully cooked. Rest and slice.
- Chop the Veggies: Dice cucumbers, halve cherry tomatoes, chop herbs, and slice olives.
- Make the Dressing: Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble: Mix orzo, chicken, veggies, and herbs. Pour in dressing and toss gently. Fold in feta last.
- Serve or Chill: Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30–60 minutes before serving.
