Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin with cupcake liners and spray lightly.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy (2-3 mins).
