Instructions
- Slice or pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs (include garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper).
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the cutlets for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Top each cutlet with shredded mozzarella while hot. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes to melt the cheese.
