Ingredients

Chicken Breasts

Breadcrumbs (Panko preferred)

All-Purpose Flour

Eggs

Salt & Pepper

Garlic Powder & Paprika

Vegetable Oil

Mozzarella Cheese

Fresh Parsley


Instructions

  1. Slice or pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs (include garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper).
  3. Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the cutlets for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Top each cutlet with shredded mozzarella while hot. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
