Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders bring together golden panko crunch, rich parmesan flavor, and a bold garlic kick. Perfect for dipping, wrapping, or stacking over salads, they make a weeknight meal or party platter unforgettable.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken breast or tenderloins

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Vegetable oil for frying or cooking spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into strips if using breasts. Pat dry.
  2. Prepare 3 bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the third.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Press crumbs onto chicken.
  4. For frying: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
  5. For baking: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place tenders on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
