Description
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate handheld comfort food. Each soft biscuit is packed with savory ground beef, melted cheddar, garlic butter, and a crispy parmesan topping. Perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or make-ahead dinners, they’re both kid-friendly and freezer-friendly.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Italian herbs or parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cool slightly.
2. Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes and set aside.
3. Flatten each biscuit round slightly using your fingers or a rolling pin.
4. Add a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese in the center of each dough round.
5. Fold up the edges and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and herbs. Brush generously over the tops of each dough ball.
7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over each buttered biscuit.
8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Don’t overfill the dough—just a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese is perfect to avoid tearing or leaking.
Drain the beef well to prevent soggy bottoms during baking.
Brushing the bombs with garlic butter right before baking ensures a flavorful and crispy golden top.
