Ingredients
1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer.
- Sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, then flip to brown all sides. Cook in batches if needed.
- Lower heat to medium. Add butter and stir in garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Toss steak bites in the garlic butter until fully coated.
- Turn off heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
