Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender, juicy cubes of steak seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. They’re ideal for busy nights when you crave something hearty and flavorful in minutes. Serve them with your favorite side or enjoy as a standalone protein-packed dish.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer.
  3. Sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, then flip to brown all sides. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Lower heat to medium. Add butter and stir in garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Toss steak bites in the garlic butter until fully coated.
  6. Turn off heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
