Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cups broccoli florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Pat shrimp dry, cut broccoli into florets, and mince garlic.
- Cook Broccoli: In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and sauté for 4–5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Cook Shrimp: In the same skillet, heat remaining olive oil and 1.5 tbsp butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and sear 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Combine: Add remaining butter and cooked broccoli. Toss to coat. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
