Ingredients

1 box Rice Chex cereal

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon butter

1 package pistachio instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

2. Stir in the pistachio pudding mix until fully incorporated. The mixture should turn pale green and slightly thick.

3. Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour the pistachio mixture over the cereal and gently fold to coat evenly.

4. Transfer the coated cereal into a large ziplock bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake until well-coated.

5. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the coated cereal and give everything a final gentle toss.
