Description
This Easy Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is a quick, no-fuss treat that blends rich chocolate and creamy marshmallow into a beautifully marbled, mouthwatering dessert. Perfect for gifting, parties, or an anytime sweet fix!
Ingredients
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ cups mini marshmallows or 1 cup marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
2. In a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
3. Stir in vanilla extract.
4. In another bowl, melt mini marshmallows (with a splash of water or butter) until smooth, or warm marshmallow creme slightly.
5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan.
6. Dollop the marshmallow mixture on top and swirl gently with a butter knife.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
8. Lift out, slice into squares, and serve!
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best melting and flavor results.
Don’t over-swirl the marshmallow; a few figure-eight motions create the perfect marble effect.
For clean slices, use a knife warmed under hot water and wiped dry between cuts.
