Description

Impress your guests with this Easy Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie, the perfect go-to for quick appetizers, holiday snacks, or cozy dinner party starters. This easy recipe delivers creamy baked brie topped with a sweet and tangy cranberry pecan mixture, all in under 20 minutes. Whether you’re curating elegant food ideas for entertaining or looking for quick appetizer inspiration, this dish fits beautifully on any spread.

Ingredients

1 8-ounce wheel brie

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1/3 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the brie in the center. Do not remove the rind.

2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in pecans and toast for 2-3 minutes. Add cranberries and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.

3. Bake the brie for 12-15 minutes or until the center feels soft but not collapsed.

4. Transfer brie to a serving platter. Spoon the warm cranberry-pecan mixture on top. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme, if using.

5. Serve immediately with crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices.

Notes

Don’t overbake—brie should be soft in the center but still hold its shape.

For extra flavor, candy your pecans with a sprinkle of brown sugar before adding the cranberries.

If making ahead, prepare the topping a day before and warm it before serving.
