Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix yellow cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth and pour into the baking dish.
3. In a second bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Spoon dollops over the cake batter and gently swirl.
4. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Add melted butter and stir until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the top.
5. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Soften the cream cheese fully before mixing for the smoothest filling.
