Description

This Easy BLT Wrap is a quick and satisfying meal that brings together crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayo all rolled into a warm tortilla. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, or a no-fuss weekday lunch.


Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

12 slices bacon (cooked until crispy)

2 cups shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

2 medium tomatoes (sliced thinly)

1/2 cup mayonnaise


Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  2. Wash and dry the lettuce and tomatoes. Shred the lettuce and slice the tomatoes.
  3. Warm tortillas for 10–15 seconds in the microwave or skillet to make them easier to roll.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise across the center of each tortilla.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and 3 strips of bacon per wrap.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom.
  7. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
