This Easy BLT Wrap is a quick and satisfying meal that brings together crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayo all rolled into a warm tortilla. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, or a no-fuss weekday lunch.
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
12 slices bacon (cooked until crispy)
2 cups shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
2 medium tomatoes (sliced thinly)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Wash and dry the lettuce and tomatoes. Shred the lettuce and slice the tomatoes.
- Warm tortillas for 10–15 seconds in the microwave or skillet to make them easier to roll.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise across the center of each tortilla.
- Add shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and 3 strips of bacon per wrap.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
