Ingredients
1 package cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup fresh spinach
1⁄3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1⁄4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1⁄4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil or butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 3–4 minutes to slightly thicken.
4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until spinach is wilted.
6. Gently fold in cooked ravioli until evenly coated in the sauce.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
8. Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top.
Notes
Gently stir the ravioli into the sauce to avoid tearing the pasta.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melting and flavor.
