Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

Description

A creamy, savory slow-cooked dish that combines tender shredded chicken with a rich cheddar cheese sauce and al dente spaghetti for the ultimate comfort meal. Easy to prepare, family-friendly, and perfect for leftovers.


Ingredients

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese

1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8 oz spaghetti noodles, cooked separately


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, Rotel, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, remove chicken and shred with two forks.
  5. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine.
  6. Add cheddar cheese and mix until fully melted.
  7. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
  8. Drain noodles and gently fold them into the crockpot mixture.
  9. Let everything sit for 5-10 minutes, then serve hot.
