Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz spaghetti noodles, cooked separately
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, Rotel, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine.
- Add cheddar cheese and mix until fully melted.
- Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
- Drain noodles and gently fold them into the crockpot mixture.
- Let everything sit for 5-10 minutes, then serve hot.
