Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2. Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly. Cut it into small, evenly-sized florets.
3. In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
4. Spread the florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t overlap.
5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway, until edges are golden and crispy.
