These Crispy Chicken Ranch Snack Wraps are a crunchy, creamy, and savory favorite made with golden-fried chicken, fresh lettuce, and zesty ranch dressing all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Perfect for quick lunches or party snacks!
Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders or chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups breadcrumbs or panko
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
2 cups chopped fresh lettuce
½ cup ranch dressing
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Set up three bowls for breading: one with flour and seasonings, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
2. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs until well coated.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken until golden and cooked through (165°F inside).
4. Drain chicken on paper towels or a cooling rack.
5. Chop lettuce and warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
6. Place lettuce in each tortilla, top with sliced chicken, and drizzle with ranch.
7. Fold and roll the tortilla into a wrap. Slice in half and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double-dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
You can use pre-cooked chicken tenders in a pinch.
Always warm the tortilla before assembling to prevent tearing.
