Ingredients

12 oz rotini pasta (or any short pasta)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup buffalo sauce

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup ranch dressing

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the buffalo sauce, heavy cream, and ranch dressing. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Reduce heat and add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir until completely melted and smooth.

  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or chives and additional black pepper.
