Ingredients

1 lb beef steak bites (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-size pieces

12 oz rotini pasta

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)

1 cup heavy cream

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

1 tbsp oil (for searing beef)

Instructions

  1. Sear the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and sear beef bites until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Make the Ranch Sauce: In the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until smooth. Mix in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Combine: Return seared beef to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss everything to coat. Let simmer 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and a touch of black pepper. Serve hot
