Ingredients
1 cup long-grain white rice
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
