Ingredients

1 cup long-grain white rice

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add rice and stir for 2-3 minutes until slightly toasted.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
