Description

Creamy Parmesan Beef Linguine with Garlic Butter Sauce is the ultimate comfort dish. Tender linguine is tossed in a luscious garlic butter and parmesan cream sauce, packed with savory seasoned ground beef. It’s rich, hearty, and irresistibly satisfying—a go-to for weeknights or when you need a comforting homemade meal.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

12 ounces linguine

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.

3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir in the grated parmesan until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.

5. Return the browned beef to the skillet, stirring to coat it with the sauce. Add the cooked linguine and use tongs to toss everything together until fully combined.

6. Top with fresh parsley and more parmesan. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.

Notes

Let your parmesan come to room temperature before adding it to the sauce for easier melting.

Always reserve pasta water—it’s a magic fix for adjusting sauce thickness.

Fresh garlic works best, but you can use garlic paste in a pinch for a smoother texture.
