Ingredients
1 lb rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 ½ cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
3. Stir in garlic and Cajun seasoning; cook 2 more minutes.
4. Reduce heat. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Add Velveeta cubes and stir until melted into a smooth sauce.
5. Add cooked rotini and fold into the sauce until well coated.
6. Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with mozzarella, and broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
7. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated mozzarella for better melting and creaminess.
Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to keep it saucy.
