Description
Juicy grilled chicken bites coated in a rich, velvety garlic cream sauce with Parmesan and fresh herbs. Perfect served over pasta, with mashed potatoes, or alongside warm bread.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
3. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Sauté remaining garlic until fragrant.
4. Lower heat, pour in heavy cream, and whisk. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
5. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
6. Add grilled chicken to sauce, toss to coat, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce.
Keep heat low when adding cream to prevent curdling.
Let chicken rest briefly after grilling to lock in juices.
