Description

Juicy, herb-seasoned chicken breasts served over tender linguine coated in a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. A rich and flavorful dinner that’s perfect for any night of the week.


Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

12 oz linguine pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Pat chicken breasts dry, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to 165°F. Remove and set aside.

3. Boil salted water in a pasta pot. Add linguine and cook until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in Parmesan until smooth.

6. Add cooked linguine to sauce, tossing to coat. Add pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.

7. Slice chicken and serve over pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor.

Let chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy.

Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
