4 lobster tails (about 5–6 oz each)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Use scissors to cut the top of each lobster shell and lift meat to rest on top.
- Season lobster with salt, pepper, and paprika.
