Ingredients

4 lobster tails (about 56 oz each)

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Use scissors to cut the top of each lobster shell and lift meat to rest on top.
  3. Season lobster with salt, pepper, and paprika.
