Ingredients

Chicken breast

Rotini pasta

Butter

Garlic

Heavy cream

Parmesan cheese

Chicken broth

Salt & pepper

Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt half the butter over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt remaining butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Cook rotini in a separate pot until al dente. Drain.
  7. Add cooked rotini and chicken to the skillet. Stir to coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Simmer 2-3 minutes to let the flavors blend. Garnish with parsley and serve.
