Rotini pasta
Butter

Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt half the butter over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Melt remaining butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Cook rotini in a separate pot until al dente. Drain.
- Add cooked rotini and chicken to the skillet. Stir to coat everything in the sauce.
