Description

Creamy Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes are the perfect companion to any comforting meal. Fluffy Yukon Golds are blended with roasted garlic, butter, and fresh herbs to create a rich, flavorful side dish that always satisfies.


Ingredients

Yukon Gold Potatoes

Garlic Cloves (roasted or sautéed)

Unsalted Butter

Heavy Cream

Fresh Herbs (parsley, chives)

Salt

Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into even chunks.
  2. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes, until fork-tender.
  3. Roast garlic at 400°F in foil with olive oil, or sauté until golden.
  4. Drain potatoes and let steam dry in the pot for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Mash with butter and warm heavy cream.
  6. Add garlic and mash until smooth.
  7. Stir in herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Adjust cream or butter for desired texture.
