Yukon Gold Potatoes
Garlic Cloves (roasted or sautéed)

Instructions
- Peel and cut potatoes into even chunks.
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes, until fork-tender.
- Roast garlic at 400°F in foil with olive oil, or sauté until golden.
- Drain potatoes and let steam dry in the pot for 2–3 minutes.
- Mash with butter and warm heavy cream.
