Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-size chunks
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high and sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Cook bowtie pasta in a separate pot according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
