Description

Creamy Cajun Beef and Rotini Delight is the perfect fusion of bold Cajun spice and comforting creamy pasta. Tender seared beef tips are paired with rotini pasta and tossed in a rich cheese sauce with garlic and herbs. This dish is hearty, flavorful, and comes together beautifully for family dinners or casual entertaining.

Ingredients

1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye tips

12 oz rotini pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Season beef chunks with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear beef on all sides until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.

6. Add cooked rotini to the sauce and toss gently to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

7. Plate the creamy pasta and top with the seared Cajun beef. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For less spice, reduce Cajun seasoning and add more cream to mellow the heat.

Don’t skip searing the beef—it adds a rich, caramelized layer of flavor.

Reserve some pasta water; it’s great for thinning the sauce without losing creaminess.
