Ingredients
1 scoop (about 30g) chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (if using chocolate flavor, optional)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or silken tofu
1/3 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
1–2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
Chopped nuts or dark chocolate shavings for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Measure out all ingredients.
- In a blender, combine protein powder, cocoa powder, yogurt/tofu, milk, and sweetener.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed.
- Pour into bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Top with nuts, chocolate, or berries before serving.
