Ingredients
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
1 ½ cups cooked and crumbled bacon
3 cups cubed potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble.
3. Dice potatoes into bite-sized cubes and shred cooked chicken.
4. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Stir in chicken, potatoes, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and half the crumbled bacon.
6. Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
7. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
8. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
9. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
10. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
