Ingredients
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Rinse and drain cranberries, then pulse them in a food processor until finely chopped.
2. In a bowl, combine chopped cranberries with sugar and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and stir to combine.
4. Add mini marshmallows and chopped pecans (if using), mix gently.
5. Fold in the whipped topping with a spatula until fully combined and fluffy.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For the best texture, be sure to drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly.
Homemade whipped cream can be used, but stabilize it with powdered sugar.
Let the mixture chill overnight for the fluffiest and most flavorful result.
