Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
4 oz cream cheese softened
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
1/3 cup dried cranberries chopped
1 tablespoon fresh herbs rosemary or parsley chopped
1 tablespoon honey optional
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, feta, herbs, and honey until smooth.
3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
4. Spread the cheese mixture over the pastry, leaving a small border.
5. Sprinkle cranberries evenly on top.
6. Roll up the pastry tightly into a log and slice into ½-inch rounds.
7. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
8. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
