Ingredients
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 to 2 tablespoons milk or cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape (round or rectangle) about 1/4-inch thick.
- Brush melted butter evenly over the dough, including the edges.
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cinnamon sugar is bubbling.
- While baking, prepare the icing by whisking powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and thick but pourable.
- Once baked and slightly cooled, drizzle icing over the top.
- Slice and serve warm.
