Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Optional: 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1–2 tablespoons milk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough onto the pan. Pinch seams if needed to form a solid sheet.
- Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle it evenly over the buttered dough.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the dough is puffed and golden.
- Let cool slightly. If using glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together, then drizzle over pizza.
