Description
Chopped Club Sliders are mini sandwiches stacked with ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and optional mayo on soft Hawaiian rolls. They’re perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or game nights—easy to make, even easier to devour.
Ingredients
12 Hawaiian rolls
8 slices cooked bacon
8 slices deli ham
6 slices cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F if baking.
2. Chop the lettuce, cook and crumble the bacon, and cut cheese and ham into slider-size portions.
3. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them connected if preferred.
4. Spread mayo on the bottom halves of the rolls (if using).
5. Layer ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, and chopped lettuce evenly across the bottom halves.
6. Place top halves of rolls back on. Brush with melted butter if baking.
7. Place sliders in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
8. Remove from oven, slice into individual sliders, and secure with toothpicks if desired.
9. Serve warm or cold.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a layer of spicy mustard or chipotle aioli.
Make ahead by assembling the sliders a few hours early and baking just before serving.
For a cold version, skip the baking and serve them fresh.
